The front desk staff are amazing. If asked for extra water , coffee, towels took less than 2 min to arrive. Great indoor pool. First floor restaurant management needs a little help. Very nice,mean well, but a bit unoraganized.

O Hotel Fasano é uma referência em hospitalidade na cidade. A localização, no coração dos Jardins, é simplesmente perfeita. O atendimento é outro ponto positivo, com uma equipe atenciosa e profissional. A estrutura é ótima: quartos grandes e bem decorados. No entanto, alguns detalhes começam a revelar a passagem do tempo, uma atualização das instalações tornaria a experiência ainda melhor. Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis para quem busca excelência.

Esperávamos um up grade pro ter reservado pelo hotels.com mas não tivemos. O quarto básico não condiz com preço nem o status do hotel. Banheiro pobre, amenities fracos, toalhas finas e ásperas, parede do banheiro capiscada, revestimento de porcelanato enquanto deveria ser de mármore como nas categorias superiores. Ou seja, o básico não acompanha o padrão das outras categorias de quartos. Hotel muito escuro. E a comida já não é mais a mesma coisa. Não adianta a rede crescer e o padrão cair. Decepção total.
