The renovated rooms are great, ask for one. The suite is also outstanding, even if a bit pricey. Suites have a lot of space and a view. Staff is extremely courteous and solicitous. Special shout out to Pimenta, who made our transit thru the reception area always a delight.

Checkin was stressful because we were told the room wasn’t ready at 3pm, and we needed to get ready for a 4pm meeting. But after some tense moments the staff accommodated us and gave us a room. I wonder why they did that if they had a room. Thanks

My stay was comfortable and relaxing. All the hotel employees were welcoming and personable (everyone knew my name). The amenities are great and the location is perfect with lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

Great Hotel & Service as usual with minor issues
We usually stay at the Emiliano when travelling in Sao Paulo and our experience is usually outstanding. This time was not much different but there were a few issues. On the positive side the staff is very attentive and had the room prepared for my family with our usual preferences. The hotel is in a great location and the suits are very nice. Even though the service is usually outstanding there were a few delays on room cleaning and other requests, when we had an unusually long time. This is not something we had experienced in our previous stays and may have been due to the pandemic level staffing levels and security measures. Overall this remains one of our favorite hotels in Sao Paulo, especially when travelling with family.

From the very beginning and throughout my stay Ellucian Hotel surpassed expectations! The staff and ambiance was 1st class in every respect. The service was amazing! From meeting you at the curb with an umbrella to handwritten thank you notes during turn down service, the staff is top notch. Great shower and over-the-top amenities (complimentary 15 minute massage, bottle of wine, daily fruit plates).

Superb service. It’s a small establishment so the staff remember you at every turn. The concierge was exceptionally helpful in accommodating a family traveling with a young baby. We will definitely be recommending the hotel and hope to stay again!
