Basic accommodations in good area

My stay here was nice and comfortable for the most part. The check-in was a little rocky as my Portuguese is not great (it says they speak English on their profile, but I did not find this to be the case with the staff I encountered but everyone was very patient with me). The room was clean. Hotel is located in what appeared to be a safe neighborhood with lots of dining options within walking distance. The lovely Ibirapuera Park is only about a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was a little disappointing - mostly cakes and pastries; very few protein options or healthy options.

Simple but friendly, like a Brazilian home

This is an old and simple hotel, but contrary to Ibis, it has personality. If you speak Portuguese, most of the staff will have friendly conversations with you and you will feel as part of a family. Cleaning is very good and thorough, like the way you find in typical Brazilian homes. It surprised me in a good way. Breakfast is excellent. There are elements that will make the stay less comfortable, though. The hotel is a three store one without elevator. Don't bring heavy luggage. There are plenty of mosquitoes. The room has electric repellent available, but I recommend bringing a can of insecticide. At the hotel restaurant, use liquid repellent on the legs. Noise insulation between rooms is excellent, but noise coming from street is complicated. Ear plugs are highly recommended.

O quarto e suas comodidades cumprem o esperado. O chuveiro era muito bom. A limpeza do banheiro precisa ser reforçada, pois tem limo nos azulejos do banheiro e havia restos de pelos de barba junto das torneiras da pia do banheiro.

É um hotel básico, bem localizado e mantido em boas condições. Só pecaram pela falta de limpeza do filtro do ar condicionado modelo antigo do quarto, estava imundo. Destaco o colchão confortável do quarto luxo. Não tem elevador, mas para mim não foi um incomodo. Café da manhã honesto. Resumo, pelo valor da diaria e localização e para uma curta estadia vale a pena.
