Those rooms have a major problem. The windows are so fragile the noise and the cold temperature cross . The bathroom windows make you fell extremely uncomfortable. About employers they are the best, they really love their job and make everything with care. 1000 points to the employees and 0 to the owner of this hotel so many years and did not fix this problem.

Hotel com quarto antigo. Café da manhã bem básico. De forma geral achei razoável. Fiquei no quarto que ficava em uma localização com pouco barulho mas quem fica nos quartos que ficam virados para a rua dos bares deve ser complicado. Um ponto positivo é a localização perto do metrô Mackenzie linha amarela.

Ótima estadia. Quarto e banheiros bem limpos. Atendimento bastante cordia. Check in e Checkout super rápidos. Café da manhã diversificado. A localização é boa porém os redor do hotel achamos um pouco perigoso. Inclusive os bares ao redor pode atrapalhar quem tem dificuldade para dormir, que não é nosso caso. Deixo aqui uma sugestão para o hotel de fazer um convênio com algum estacionamento próximo. É incômodo ficar procurando estacionamento. Ótimo para quem vai só utilizar aplicativo.

Café da manhã bom e funcionários muito simpáticos. Recomendo àqueles que precisarem de silêncio durante a estadia, optarem por quartos localizados na Rua Maria Antônia. Os hóspedes que ficam nos quartos localizados do outro lado do hotel e nos primeiros andares ouvem o barulho dos bares e músicas, pelo menos aos finais de semana. De resto, o hotel é bom, ótima localização e atendentes muito solícitos.
