The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo.

Clean and modern hotel. Really like that it had a kitchenette to reheat food. The mattress was a bit too firm and the sheets were not as soft. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent eight nights at São Paulo's Cozzy Premium Paulista. It's an obviously newer hotel with all the pluses that come from recent construction. We loved the keyless entry and terrific staff. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping folks were flawless! The breakfast was top notch. The only downside was the lack of lounge chairs on the small, rooftop pool deck. We went up to the roof several times during our stay but were never able to take advantage of the pool because of the number of people there.
