The accommodation building has excellent infrastructure, including swimming pool, laundry and academy. The accommodation is just 11 minutes from Allianz Parque, the Palmeiras game stage and major events, 9 minutes from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural symbol that brings together cultural activities, workshops and sports quads, in addition to being 9 minutes from Shopping Bourbon, surrounded by markets, shops and restaurants, guaranteeing practicality and comfort during your stay!

ℹ️ Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.

Note: It is MANDATORY to send in advance a photo of each guest with a white background for release or access. Failure to send a photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation.

Important information: The GO Platô building was delivered less than a year ago, and some neighboring units are still undergoing renovations during business hours. Therefore, there may be noise during the day. We value transparency and appreciate your understanding.

So that everything happens smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The carrier is not authorized to keep two guests.

⚠️ Barulho is not allowed after 10 p.m. (Lei do Silêncio).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the complete names and identification documents of all the people who will book the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the site.

⚠️ Separate the organic waste from recycling, dispensing them into different waste bags.

⚠️ Use the entrance and the service elevator when you are carrying bagages or bathroom clothes.

⚠️ When you leave the apartment, check that all electrical equipment is disconnected. By defaulting on this item, the owner will be able to deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, consult availability.

⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bathroom linen per guest. Bed linen and bathroom exchange service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before check-in.
