The outdoor lock was lacking a keypad and the facial recognition wasn’t working… their customer service is the worse! I was there 8 night and going in the property was a nightmare EVERY time. There is no one physically there and it took me about 20 min to enter the property EVERY time for the 8 days… a nightmare

Horrible experience

Got locked outside twice. Charlie’s customer service took minimum 45 minutes to return. Apartment got flooded during a storm, due to water over flowing out of pipes. Had to clean the water by myself, because Charlie customer service has no one available until next day to do the service. Woke up in the morning and found the door open, and no one from Charlie hold responsible for all the inconveniences. AC unit was not working properly. Horrible experience!!!! Perfect example, of poor automated customer service!!! I’ll definitely choose only Hotels with regular human presence customer service!

Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Processo extremamente confuso de confirmação de reserva, muito burocrático sem necessidade. Foi necessário criar vários logins e não tivemos sucesso. Gostei muito de tudo só acho que poderia ter mais utensílios na cozinha. Não tinha uma faca pra cortar um pão!!!! Nem todos os hóspedes gostam de pedir IFood. Nem todo hóspede vai a trabalho! Pano de pia para a limpeza deixaram um descartável. Podiam ter deixado mais. Claro que não fui pra lá só pra ficar no apartamento mas acho que são pequenas coisas que fazem a diferença pq alcança um pouco mais de cada tipo de hóspede.

O quarto é bom. Localizacao boa. Maaaas o servico da adm Charlie foi lamentavel. Mesmo com meus documentos ok, a facial nao estava cadastrada. Portaria nao liberava entrada e eu fiquei por 2x na rua, impedida de entrar. Mais de 1 hora no total. O retorno da Charlie por whatsapp aconteceu com 40 minutos depois de aciona-los.

horrivel! reserva paga e confirmada, documentação ok e não tive o meu apartamento disponibilizado. Contato com Charlei apenas por Whatsapp foi demorado e inconclusivo. Fiquei mais de 1h pedindo ajuda e nada. Me deram um quarto horrível, com ferramentas de limpeza no quarto e mesa suja.

Não gostei , primeiro a gente não fala com gente só com máquina, segundo não nos procuraram para saber se gostaríamos de continuar , como estávamos no hospital só deu tempo na véspera do chekaut e vcs já tinham alugado sem nos fá preferência , final dessa história é que ficamos com as malas no quarto de hospital até fazer chekim em outro hotel, e ao chegarmos no outro hotel abri minhas malas e percebi que sumiram duas peças minhas , 1 calça comprida jeans azul escuro e um blazer azul petróleo .

Experiência desagradável para viagens a travalho

Viajo a trabalho para SP e sempre fico a semana inteira, escolhi o Charlie Itaim Bueno Brandão pela excelente localização. Como vim a trabalho, precisei que me enviassem um documento importante via Sedex para chegar no outro dia. Avisei no WhatsApp, avisei na portaria do prédio duas vezes mas mesmo assim quando a encomenda chegou foi recusada como destinatário desconhecido. Ao entrar em contato com a Charlie eles então me explicaram que eles ORIENTAM o prédio a não receber encomendas de hóspedes, achei um absurdo e não me atende mais pois em viagens de trabalho podem acontecer estes imprevistos e o serviço deles não funciona. Experiência muito desagradável e não me hospedo mais em estabelecimentos administrados pela Charlie

Sempre achei Charlie um boa opção de custo-benefício, mas dessa vez fiquei decepcionado com as condições do apto. Havia sujeira nas paredes e piso, e o quarto era muito apertado.

Muito bem localizado, apartamento bacana, banheiro bem pequeno, porém chuveiro quente e bem forte. Não possui ducha higiênica 😔. O isolamento térmico não é dos melhores, quarto bem frio no inverno. Mas valeu demais, curti!
