Beautiful apartment 200 meters from Paulista Avenue and 300 meters from Brigadeiro subway. Close to hospitals, schools, colleges and cultural centers.
The apartment sleeps up to 3 people in 2 single box beds that can become a queen and a double sofa bed.
It has an equipped kitchen for dining, a dining table for 4 people, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, laundry with washing machine and a delicious balcony to enjoy the evening.
The building has a beautiful pool, sauna and gym that guests can enjoy.

- It is necessary to fill in our registration form with the data of all guests and send in advance copy of photo document of all guests.

- Check in time: from 14:00 Hs
- Check out time: until 10:00 HS Early check-in or check-out extension (until 14 hours) we charge a fee of $ 100 (subject to availability) Requests will only be accepted if sent with 24h of advance)
- Waste must be deposited at the location indicated by the building.
- Silence after 22h00 until 8h00
- We offer bed and bath linen per person. (If you need additional bedding during your stay each bath will cost R $ 10.00 (body towel) R $ 7.00 (face and floor towel) and bed R $ 30.00 (1 sheet bottom, 1 top sheet and two pillowcases)
. Fines and penalties:
- R $ 500,00 for the guest who does not respect the no smoking rule.
-Fine of R $ 500,00 for the guest who receives visits without authorization.
-Multa R $ 5,000.00 for the guest who perform any type of party / unauthorized event.
- Guest is subject to condo rules.
- Forbidden to transit the common areas of the building in bathing suits, pajamas, underwear and shirtless. Subject to the condominium fine.
- Forbidden to throw any kind of object through the windows and or balconies. Subject to the condominium fine.
