It's almost like a hotel but you get a studio and most rooms have view in the front and rven back get plenty of light.

The reception staff was excellent. There was a problem with the reservation but they calmly worked through it until it was solved. I rnjoyed my stay. Perfect.

Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

I had some problems with check in but in the end everything went well. Communication with staff is a bit limited and I got the feeling they were lost with the bookings. Overall, the experience was good.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

O studio fica localizado em um lugar péssimo para crianças. Rua cheia de bares lotados, com pessoas bêbadas e música extremamente alta, atrapalhando muito o descanso. Edredons encardidos e o pior com baratas no studio. Estacionamento pago tipo rotativo, não especificado no anúncio. Unico ponto positivo foi o recepcionista muito educado.

O quarto é espaçoso o ar condicionado atende a necessidade e super limpo. Sendo que o local do hotel é rodeado de bares o quarto que usei ficava de frente para alguns estabelecimentos que tornava impossível dormir.

Boa Localização/estrutura.

Muito boa Localização, limpeza, estacionamento no prédio, precisando de manutenção. Local na frente do hotel com varios bares. Conveniente para quem se divertir e ruim para que não dorme com barulho. Excelente custo benefício. Comunicação tudo eletrônica e funciona muito bem.

Segue o padrão do apê smart, já fiquei em outras unidades. Padarias, supermercados, metrô … muita coisa perto. Quanto aos bares que ficam próximos, na semana é bem tranquilo e no fds da pra ouvir o som até 1h. No mais, vale a pena.

Fácil localização, apê bem funcional.

O Apê fica bem localizado, próximo de onde eu precisava ir. Com muitos restaurantes no entorno, padaria, farmácia e supermercado. Possui um mini mercado no próprio prédio. Atendimento excelente pelo pessoal da recepção 24h. O quarto possui mini cozinha com microondas, frigobar, pia e fogão de indução, mas só é fornecido pratos, copos e talheres, o que foi suficiente para mim. Demais utensílios precisam ser alugados. Ar condicionado muito silencioso. TV com internet. Os pontos negativos são: a rua do Apê é muito barulhenta, muitos bares com música e a janela não abafa o som. O Wifi não funcionou bem para o celular. Quanto a limpeza estava ok. Os lençóis e fronhas um pouco desgastados, travesseiro não muito bons, mas o edredom limpo e lacrado em plástico. No geral atendeu bem ao esperado, fora o barulho da rua.

Para passar uma noite é perfeito, mas se barulho te incomoda dê uma repensada, muitos bares em volta e barulho até altas horas. Acomodação simples, porém adequada para acolher, uma ressalva a limpeza do banheiro, meio largada.

Foi tudo muito bom! Mas a Wi-Fi não funciona, nem para celular e nem computador, precisávamos trabalhar e tivemos que sair do hotel Segundo ponto é o barulho, a vida noturna na rua é agitada, o barulho ecoa no quarto! Não nos importamos com isso na hora de dormir, mas se alguém tem dificuldade, é o ponto a ser considerado

Um ambiente altamente barulhento ! Músicas horrorosas, tocando pela madrugada e chegando a tremer as janelas com o som estridente, tornando impossível o descanso. Com isso a imagem do estabelecimento em minha opinião, ficou muito ruim e com tudo isso a falta de respeito do proprietário para com os seus clientes é visível. Resumo: Primeira e última vez nesse lugar.
