The room was comfortable, clean and the little kitchen area was fully functional. It is in a great location, in a big residential area with plenty of local businesses, restaurants and walking distance to Ibirapuera, a huge park. Staff was wonderful, a big shout out to Adriano who helped us have a wonderful time. I will definitely be back!

Building is Nice, clean, and new They miss sending the info like Wi-Fi password They forgot to tell me breakfast was included and not informing parking garage was not included Nobody told me the building had Gym Pool etc

Great value with apartment amenities

Clean, safe with amenities such as self serve laundry all at an affordable price. The wall fixtures in the bathroom could use some tightening. Otherwise very pleasant stay for a short business trip.

Luckily I only stayed one night but didn't get any relaxing or sleep. As soon as my alarm clock woke me....i scrambled to get out. It is in a flight path... And when for a split minute without planes, there comes the traffic and street noise. Just horrible.

Esta foi a nossa segunda vez no Aloe e continuamos gostando bastante da localização, que é excelente e tem de tudo muito perto. O atendimento do staff é impecável, sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. O apartamento em si é muito bom, mas há dois pontos que merecem atenção: o isolamento acústico continua sendo um ponto fraco e, por estar localizado no centro de São Paulo, isso não deveria ser negligenciado. Além disso, a limpeza do terraço deixou a desejar nesta estadia. Como o local aceita pets, ficou evidente que alguns tutores deixaram os animais fazerem xixi na varanda, resultando em um cheiro bastante forte perto do ralo. É uma boa opção de hospedagem, mas que precisa de um cuidado maior na higienização da área externa e no conforto acústico.

O apartamento tem um bom tamanho e bom mobiliário. Serviço de limpeza é feito nos dias úteis e é bem satisfatório. Sentimos falta de uma lixeira na cozinha. Muito bem localizado e com uma padaria no térreo do edifício.

Terceira vez que fico no local, sempre gostei, quarto é bom, localização também, check-in pode melhorar pois ainda tem que preencher um formulário a mão, poderia ser digital e mais ágil, mas, o que me fará não voltar mais foi que ao realizar o check-out esqueci uma camisa no quarto e ela simplesmente “sumiu”. Uma semana que tento saber sobre e não me dizem nada, é algo muito simples, todo estabelecimento deve ter gestão de segurança / cameras, e também achados e perdidos. Sabem quem limpou o quarto e podem resolver rápido, mas não dão retorno, então se não posso confiar no local onde fico não voltaria infelizmente. Atendimento ruim e estabelecimento não confiavel.

Os quartos estão limpos, porém não possui agua mineral para venda, sempre em falta. O cheking não existe sistema, estão na era do papel ainda, ou seja se ficar 10x hospedado vc terá que preencher uma ficha imensa todas as vezes, mesmo fazendo o preencimento on line enviado.
