First night was lost, since the on line check in was showing that ID should be required at the entry and should be before 12am. Got in SP after 12am, flight was late. Next day, nobody request any ID. The wifi provided didn’t exist, nobody answered my request during my stay. I was not able to work.

The unit did not have AC as it was advertised. If you want to experience the worst communication possible with any company on Earth, look no further than "360 Suites". They don't have humans to talk to easily, by any means, nor by telephone. They only use AI chatbots to communicate with you. When you finally get a human, it takes hours and hours and they are totally inept.

The building is good, modern, BUT 360 Management Group is horrific. They do not have humans to interact with by voice. They use A.I. only by WhatsApp as a means of communication. The communication experience is consistently horrible every single time. 360 ALSO put me next to a unit under construction which was VERY loud six days of the week, & they would not move me to another unit within the same building that they manage, even though they had the availability, & I repetitively asked them to do so. 360 had the audacity to cite some kind of Brazilian law that says it doesn't matter if there's noise for construction. They have ZERO customer service skills AND I was a returning client.

Quarto estava sujo, foi necessario comprar pano e produtos para limpar. Pois o contato com a administração não foi eficiente, o retorno veio após a segunda estadia oferecendo a limpeza, quando já havia feito. A localização é excelente, mas as condições da hospedagem deixou a desejar. Não voltaria.

Devo dizer que a escolha foi uma grata surpresa! Fiquei no apartamento 410 - Estúdio standard (FY Studio B 31VCGM.2C.H.5 - 510326). O prédio e a unidade são novinhos, muito bem decorados. A cama é confortável, o ar condicionado funciona bem, havia geladeira, micro-ondas e um vaporizador, tudo muito novo. A rua é tranquila, perto do metrô Paraíso, com farmácia e um Minuto Pão de Açúcar na esquina. Custo-benefício mais do que excelente.

Apartamento perfeito, mas com problemas de sistema

Perfeito o apartamento que peguei - o com sofá. Mas tive problemas pra entrar no prédio pois não havia sistema entre o 360 e o prédio pra atualizar o reconhecimento facial. Tive que usar a portaria para entrar toda vez. Por consequencia da falta de sistema, o Wifi também não funcionou, e isso foi durante a estadia toda durante o fim-de-semana.

Ótima localização, a duas quadras do metro paraíso e a alguns minutos a pé da avenida Paulista... Quarto equipado com geladeira, microondas, alguns pratos, talheres e copos. Foi disponibilizado toalhas e amenites de banho.. cama e travesseiros confortáveis... Minha única queixa é em relação ao ar condicionado, que não estava refrigerando, apenas ventilando.
