"I loved my stay at Viale. The staff at the front desk were very professional, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well too. They have great breakfast buffet as well, which features Brazilian items like Pão de queijo. I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. It was great both day and night. "I was probably a very nice and beautiful hotel in the past but it kind of needs a little work and love. The staff was amazing and very nice. Overall for the price it was acceptable. I would go back probably. Good thing too is that it’s 10 minutes from the airport and they came pick us up with a shuttle upon arrival. "

"Experiência frustrante. Chegamos e as cápsulas estavam sujas com pó de obra. É inadmissível e disseram que não havia ninguém para limpar. As tomadas USB não funcionavam. Tentaram nos transferir para um quarto inferior, sem banheiro. Meus filhos dormiram sozinhos num quarto sem banheiro, pois já era 22h. A "cozinha compartilhada" não tem utensílios, nem chaleira. O banheiro é minúsculo, transparente e sem privacidade. Pedi algo simbólico para o aniversário da minha filha e prometeram, mas nada...
