The hotel is cheap, but very badly located. There is only one restaurant close by. So you need to prepare to use a lot of ubers or taxis. There is a taxi booth just in front of the hotel. So that is quite useful. The hotel won't win any prizes for quality, but it does the job okay enough.

O hotel possui boas instalações e, de modo geral, oferece uma experiência agradável. No entanto, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. O primeiro deles foi o chuveiro. A água não atingiu uma temperatura adequada durante a estadia. O problema não ocorreu apenas no meu quarto, pois meu irmão, hospedado em outro apartamento, também enfrentou a mesma situação. Além disso, houve um transtorno no momento do check-in em relação ao meu nome. Apesar de eu ter apresentado um documento oficial atualizado, inclusive meu passaporte, meu nome constava incorretamente no sistema do hotel. O recepcionista insistiu que a informação estava correta com base em uma consulta realizada, mesmo após eu informar que meu nome já havia sido oficialmente alterado junto à Receita Federal e que todos os meus documentos foram emitidos com a nova identificação. Expliquei que a atualização junto à Receita Federal foi a primeira providência realizada após a alteração em cartório e que todos os meus documentos, bem como os registros nos órgãos governamentais, já refletem corretamente meu nome atual. Inclusive, apresentei documentos que comprovavam essa informação. Ainda assim, o recepcionista manteve a insistência, desconsiderando as evidências apresentadas. Vale ressaltar que, após a alteração de nome em cartório, a legislação não permite mais a utilização do nome anterior para assinatura, tendo sido firmado um termo nesse sentido durante o procedimento. Por esse motivo, a situação foi bastante constrangedora,

Estive hospedado por 4 dias neste hotel, já no primeiro pernoite observei deficiência no aquecimento do chuveiro, mesmo assim usamos, chegamos tarde, cansados da viagem, não ia pedir para trocar de Quarto. Na manhã seguinte pedi solução do problema e sai para passear, ao retornar à noite, constatei o mesmo problema, ao reclamar veio a manutenção e tb constatou água chegando a 30°, e um clima de 5° de clima lá fora, explicação da manutenção, não tem o que fazer prédio velho e alguns apt longe da caldeira não aquecem o suficiente. O cliente quando contrata ele quer o conforto, então logo se vê, a preocupação do hotel é lotar o hóspede que se vire, fui reclamar novamente e a resposta que a temperatura da água era aquela, ao sair no outro dia para ir para outro hotel foi me dado como consolo desconto no estacionamento, Mas os dias que fiquei principalmente pela manhã com um clima de 2° na rua meu banho era mais frio ainda, parabéns a ganância desta empresa.
