Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. "Photos don’t do justice to xtay .It was a spotless building with luxury finishings and everything was automated .However if I had any questions I could contact them via chat and they would always respond kindly and fast .The room was gorgeous .Everything was thought of and it was very clean .Very spacious and comfortable.The building was right on the middle of a park where families spend their days .Well located too .Would definitively recommend ."

"Pasamos 5 días con mi esposa y 2 de mis hijos de 8 y 10 años. Pasamos bárbaro el equipo de animación fue excelente, Cebola y minhoca junto a la otra chica estuvieron pendientes de que no solo disfrutaramos en familia sino que nos dieron tiempo para disfrutar en pareja. Muy recomendable. La playa y el servicio de playa excelente. Todo el personal con buena disposición. Si hay algo para aconsejar es que tendrían que contratar más personal de apoyo para la reposición del Buffet principalmente cuando hay grupos grandes como fue el caso que habían 2 ómnibus de excursion lo que llevaba el servicio al limite. Pero por lo demás 10 puntos."
