The only downside of this particular hotel is the lack of an iron in the room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I've stayed in numerous hotels, particularly with chains like IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Ramada, and Hyatt. These hotels consistently provide an iron in the room, which is especially important for travelers, whether they are there for leisure or business. Business travelers, in particular, need to prepare for meetings and events in proper attire, and having an iron in the room is essential for this. It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes. I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room.

Recepção gentil. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Banheiro tinha mofo e infiltração na parede. Nosso quarto não tinha um bom black out fazendo com que tivesse muita claridade pela manhã. Estacionamento gratuito e com várias vagas. Café da manhã muito bom. Também jantamos no restaurante buffet, estava bom também. Tínhamos um compromisso no centro da cidade e a localização para nós foi ótima. Estava frio e o ar condicionado só funciona para refrigeração - tivemos que solicitar edredom extra na recepção.

Muito bom

Em geral tudo muito bom. Café da manhã bem variado e gostoso. Cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso. Se atentar nos detalhes de pequenos cuidados, como manutenções de porta shampoo, móveis que precisam de pequenos reparos. É sempre a minha escolha de hotel em Brusque há 10 anos.

Falta limpeza

Mesmo que as instalações sejam boas, é impassível se sentir bem em um lugar carente de limpeza, conforto e limpeza andam juntos. Peço que o responsável pelo hotel entre em contato comigo, tenho fotos das minhas duas últimas estadias nele. Se o melhor hotel executivo da cidade é assim, não quero imaginar o pior.

Já havia hospedado no Tri hotel, por esse motivo voltei , mas dessa vez tive várias situações desagradáveis, como o estacionamento que não estava disponível e cogitaram deixa meu carro na rua, depois esqueci um item pessoal, depois de várias tentativas uma funcionária quis me fazer o “favor” de colocar meu item no correio, e esse favor era quase o preço da diária ,depois de muito estress parece q será resolvido, porém não voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel

Fomos em 4 casais a passeio, os quartos estavam muito sujos, mangueira da ducha higiênica enferrujada No banho, a água do box desce devagar e sai bicho das frestas do piso. Muito lodo nos rejuntes.

Preparam eventos as 05:00!!! Pessimo hotel!

O hotel é muito mal administrado. Além de ter mofo em alguns quartos a administração do hotel permite eventos começando logo cedo no salão do décimo andar e quando estive hospedado começaram a preparar o evento arrastando as cadeiras e mesas as 05:15!!! Quando reclamei na recepção falaram que não tinha o que ser feito pois o evento começaria as 08:00 e precisam arrurmar tudo!

Ruim café da manhã péssimo, tb fiquei muito chateada esqueci uma camisa cola polo azul no roupeiro e solicitei no dia seguinte isdo na segunda-feira logo cedo para verificar no quarto e na quinta feira fui informado que não encotraram.

Terrivel, hotel fraco e bagunçado

O hotel é péssimo e mal cuidado, os quartos tem cheiro de mofo e quando estava hospedado comecou um evento no andar 10 (um acima do meu quarto) as 5 da manha!!! Foi um barulho absurdo, mesmo após reclamar na recepção nada mudou!! Levantei as 05 da manha. Passei o dia acabado e mal consegui trabalhar..

Havia apenas um jogo de toalhas , então, tentei ligar para a recepção, porém, não atenderam Desci até a recepção e foi constatado que algum funcionário baixou o volume. Ficaram de enviar as toalhas, porém, saímos do hotel e na volta, não havia nem toalhas e nem vaga na garagem. Meu carro ficou estacionado na rua. Outro problema foi com a televisão que estava com a tela com vários pontos de luz e uma faixa na tela.
