"i completed my reservation online with Expedia. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my reservation complete at the hotel, as if i had done nothing on Expedia. and they also tried to get me to pay again. the hotel is need of a remodel. if feels 30 years old and not in a good way. you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to go to the elevator. the room was clean. and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly but not very competent. there are 2 or 3 hotels that share the same lobby areas with a rope dividing them. a little strange"

"Excellent hotel in walking distance to La Candelaria and other attractions. The pool, sauna and gym are great, the staff are all very helpful, and the breakfast changes daily. Bring ear plugs, noise from the hall can come into the room and there are some distant roosters. We would stay here again."

"Muisca is a charming little hotel, a nicely renovated old building in the area of Bogotá you’ll most want to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. It may not be for everybody, however. The rooms are somewhat rustic and not huge, plus there are winding stairs to some of them that might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. It’s a relatively short walk to the sights of La Candelaria, but the hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, which some might find difficult. Generally, though, a great base for seeing the best of Bogotá."

"Do not be fooled by the pictures. It’s dingy and dirty, zero amenities. There was coffee maker with no coffee powder provided, no towels in bathroom to wipe hands, bed is not a twin it’s single. Rooms are tight!!! There’s plenty of other options in the area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS"
