Beautiful hotel all around. The service from the front desk to the cleaners to the 5 star breakfast. I ordered room service and the food came so quick. The food was cheap for room service and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room has a welcoming living room, with a tv. a desk and a mirror. It had doors that divided the living room and the bedroom, which was very comfortable with a tv, also; The bathroom had a normal shower but also has a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my stay at Torre Monserrat.

We stayed as 2 females from london. Breakfast was amazing and it was a 25 minute walk into the central area with all the musuems. However despite the security guards outside, the area did feel slightly unsafe at night. The lighting in the room was awful but we would stay again.

I love this place. I have stayed here 3 times in the past year. Everyone from the pickup driver to the bellhops to the front desk. The free breakfast is buffet style with lots of options. Dont be afraid to use the house drivers. They charge 32,000 PESOS per hour which is $8. Just take there number and whatsapp them. The hotel is right in the middle of everything.

Location is great, walking distance to dining and night life. Only thing is there is no A/C which wasn’t bad since the weather was cool. Just had to open the window. Definitely worth the price and I will be back.

Luxury without Cost

Clean with a friendly staff. Few dining options after 8pm but otherwise a lovely, grand hotel that is well worth the cost (a value but more for your dollar than in the US). I'll stay again!
