For less that the price many hotel rooms have at least a box of cleanex,shampoo, conditioner, hair drier, iron, but in this place there was only toilet paper and liquid soap

We stayed here after a very late flight before checking in at an airbnb. Their 24 hour front desk was convenient and they served breakfast which was nice. No towels or anything else in the room, outlets didn't work, and they didn't provide any drinking water. Would not stay for longer than a night or 2. Good for the price though.

OUR DECEPTIVE STAY
My experience was not so good,due to several inconveniences(i.e. very old and unreliable furniture in my room,almost non existence internet ( I bought a portable device outside to be able to connect)..nonetheless, the personnel treated us very well...

I was suppose to stay there 4 days I only stayed 1 Night before of the service itself #1 the lady that helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. The beds were sooo uncomfortable just like the pillows. The breakfast is minimal. scramble eggs, toast, coffee, mash potatoes, coffee or juice. Just because its free or included doesn't mean a thing. We went to the Radisson, look into it you will not be disappointed. They weren't even ready for us. I wish I would have thrown pictures. The head board was covered in dust. I'm traveling with kids and the place isn't suited for them. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. TRUST ME.

Good for one or two nights while business
It’s a hotel for salepersons, or people that go for business to Santo Domingo. Sleep, has good breakfast included and get back to work or the road. Nothing fancy, just simple And adequate.

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en Aparta Hotel Drake. Muy buena ubicación. Habitación confortable. Incluye desayuno, variado y bueno. Tiene estacionamiento propio, algo de mucha ayuda. Limpieza de habitación todos los días. Personal muy amable y servicial.

el precio lo encuentro caro por el tipo de hotel,no ai balcón o terraza,y alguna habitaciones tienen ventanas sin vista ,miras la pared del hotel,no creo que es echo por los turistas,mas por negocios o diligencias

Decepcionada de nuestra estadía !!
Llegamos tarde en la noche y cuando hicimos el chequeo , la habitación no se veía limpia , y encontramos el cubre cama y el almohadón sucio. Nos costó mucho poder dormir pero llegamos muy tarde y no había otro sitio donde ir . El día siguiente le comenté lo sucedido a la señora de la recepción y se excusó con nosotros , nos dijo que no se podía devolver el dinero pero nos cambio de habitación . La señora Solange fue la única que mostró mucha amabilidad con nosotros, y estaba preocupada por lo sucedido . Después todo el personal estaba más preocupado mirando el celular y computadora que el servicio al cliente . Nosotros decidimos hacer la reservación en el drake por recomendación de amistades pero no lo recomendaría . Lo que más me preocupo fue la limpieza del local , para mi eso es lo más importante en una estadía y luego el personal no es amigable con excepción de la Señora Solange que nos trató bien . En conclusión no volvería ni recomendaria a Nadie hasta que el personal y la administración haga algo .
