"What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. "The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!"

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Nice size pool, very clean property, rooms were spacious enough and comfortable...only 1 minor issue was hooks needed innthe bathroom and some glasses innthe room ..but thats all. The staff though were superb so friendly and helpful and the food was just outstanding...highly recommended. 800 m walk to the beach so perfect location "
