This stunning new construction beach house boasts incredible gulf views, a rooftop deck, in-home elevator, and a gigantic pool. Sleeping up to 25 guests, Soleil All Day is perfect for large gatherings.
The first floor of this luxurious estate features an entertainment area complete with a pool table and wet bar seating up to five people. From the game room, guests can walk out onto the pool deck where there's plenty of seating, two al fresco dining tables each seating four, an outdoor kitchen, elevated entertainment area, and a large private pool complete with a spill-over hot tub. The backyard is the perfect place to entertain whether you're hosting an event or simply having a family barbecue.
In addition to the entertainment area on the first floor, there are also two guest bedrooms, each with an attached ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed, ottoman, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom looks out to the pool deck and features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, the first floor also features a half bathroom.
Take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor to find luxury living at its finest. The second floor hosts the dining area, kitchen, two balconies, and the main living space. The entire second floor also boasts spectacular views of both the lake and the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is a chef's dream-come-true and as it features a gigantic texturized quartz island that seats six, a huge stainless steel fridge, stove with a six-burner gas range, farmhouse sink, and a chic backsplash. The formal dining area is located right off the kitchen and overlooks the pool deck and the Gulf. Soleil All Day is perfect for hosting big formal dinners as it has two large metallic dining tables each seating six people. Additionally, with crisp white walls, two large white leather couches, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and gulf views, the main living area is the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones on vacation.
The second floor also includes two more guest bedrooms, each with gulf views. The third bedroom has a king bed, twin/twin bunk bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower. Additionally, the fourth bedroom also features a gulf view, a set of table and stools, armchair, king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition to the two ensuite bathrooms on the second floor, there's also a half bathroom located off of the living space.
Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find views galore! The third floor features two balconies that overlook the pool, lake, and the gulf, a media room, laundry room, bunk nook, and four more bedrooms. Kids will love the bunk nook that looks out to the pool area that features two twin/twin bunk beds, each with their own personal flat-screen TV. The fifth bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, gulf views, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a stand-alone bathtub, walk-in shower, and private water closet. Additionally, the sixth bedroom also features a king bed, gulf views, balcony access, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The seventh bedroom has also has a gulf view, balcony access, king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, stand-alone bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Lastly, the eighth bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, balcony access, gulf view, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, private water closet, and double sink vanity.
