We had everything we needed with very comfy beds and couches, a nice-sized dinner table, games to play, good kitchen appliances, and plenty of bathroom space. It was everything we wanted and needed! "We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. "My son was getting married over Memorial Day weekend on the beach in pierpont. This was the perfect place to stay! We also had our dog with us and the yards were absolutely awesome! The kids enjoyed the game room and played cornhole in the back yard. It’s close to restaurants and the marina park. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ventura!"

Spent memorial day weekend here with some college friends from UCSB, we had never spent time in this neighborhood and it was so comfy, quiet, and beautiful to be located so close to the beach! This was also so well stocked, I would definitely come back and for a longer stay!"

"This is an absolutely charming, bungalow built in the 1950s. It was perfect for our family of five. We actually had Thanksgiving dinner on the back patio. The kitchen was outstanding with an amazing stove and an assortment of high-quality pots and pans. This place is just about a block from the beach so we could easily see the sunset after a short walk every evening. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Ventura. What a great time to visit Southern California."

The location is great—seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmers’ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. "A friend and I found this beautiful oasis for our three day stay. The spotless trailer had everything one could need. The hummingbirds and goats were a nice bonus, but what made it most special was the creek that ran right alongside the trailer. The sound of the creek, crickets, and frogs is a wonderful respite from the city noises. Sylvia is such a fine person and added so much to our enjoyment. I will definitely stay again. Loved it!!"
