"The hotel was in an ideal location with a balcony overlooking the Recoleta.
The hotel is next to bars and restaurants which were busy at night but the room was very well sound-proofed so we were never bothered by any noise.
The room was very spacious and the beds was very large and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding.
The bathroom was modern and spacious with a good shower.
The breakfast menu offered much the same as other hotels we stayed in in Latin America but the quality was better.
The reception staff were really pleasant and helpful and assisted us with copying and printing documents on a couple of occasions. The reception was manned 24 hours a day and the front door was locked and needed to be opened by the reception staff which gave a good sense of security.
I feel that the hotel offered very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers."
"Great location. Clean room and helpful staff however the check in process is lengthy. One person accompany each guest to the room so you can find a bottle neck which is not great, specially when you are in rush.
Beyond that rooms are spacious, full of light and they have kitchenette and balcony.
They provide discount for the restaurant next to the hotel and they can help with transportation to the airport."
"The staff was awesome, especially the woman at the front desk and the cleaning team. Room was always spotless and hotel is in a great location! Thank you so much!"
"The staff were extremely kind, patient, attentive, intelligent and helpful. The hotel is lovely and we had a fantastic balcony room overlooking the park. Diego, in particular, really knows what he is doing. All staff were excellent."
