Very convenient location. Easy to find. Very good service from the bell staff and front desk. Roof top bar was awesome (but it was too cold to use when we visited in December).

This hotel was more than we expected! Excellent service!!! It is really close to tourist places. The room was beautiful and cozy!!

The hotel was just fine. Clean, good service. The room was a bit tired and there were cracks in the walls, around the lighting units in the walls. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

The hotel was very classy, staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast included with our room was also great quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the rooftop view of Florence!
Loved the cleanliness and the location of this hotel. Very close to all the great sites.
Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

It was beautiful from the moment you walk in. Extra attentive staff, attention to detail, upper class decor, spacious rooms and lobby! he location was perfect and the view was amazing. The rooftop terrace view was to die for.

It is in a fantastic location. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the balcony rooms are just perfect for watching over the Arno and the rooftop bar has the best views in the city.

Great location and nice staff. Rooftop pool was nice place to hang out. Lobby nice too and breakfast good.
