"The email just before arrival was ambiguous. It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. Also, we were disappointed to discover that there were 62 steps between the garage and the bedroom, which is not so easy at altitude for senior citizens. We survived,...

"Check in process was difficult. Literally no address for the office, only a photo of the place which was in a different town. No internet at the apartment. "

"Very nice property. Two things to help other guests. 1) Put a lock box at the apartment. Makes getting the key easier . 2) Provide names of local taxi services, as Uber does not work in the St. Christina area."

"We enjoyed our week stay here with our 3.5 year old daughter. Great access to one gondola and short or longer drives for other lift access. The hot tub and sauna are great and the views incredible. Great hosts!"
