"We loved that there was a quick shuttle to Universal Studios, but also that it is close enough that it's under a 10 minute walk if we don't feel like waiting for the shuttle. The pool area aesthetic was cute. The rooms were very quiet and our view of the park was cool - we were able to see some fireworks from our room on the nights we left the park before the nighttime show. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Last minute booking. While checking in the employee made me feel uncomfortable. I went to the room to get settled. Nice view of the pool. Before leaving the room I checked around to make sure I didn't leave anything and to look for my earring backing. While doing so I noticed dried up blood stains all over the floor and someone’s clothing behind the nightstand. We checked out immediately."
