"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, though there were a few areas for improvement. Positives: The housekeeping staff consistently made up the beds each day-we returned to a tidy room every evening except once. Water bottles, towels and hand soap were replenished daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we reported issues like a running toilet and dead batteries in the remote control, they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Areas for Improvement: On the downside, the handle of the bottom drawer in the chest of drawers came off in my hand, suggesting some maintenance is needed. Additionally, when we checked in, no one explained that the key card needed to be tapped inside the elevator to access our floor. There was no signage to clarify this and I only found out through another guest."

"Me and my husband loved staying there! Superb hotel beyond international standards! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and so is the spa. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I only have the best words to describe this place! I hope to stay there when we go back to beautiful Panama!"
