"The hotel was awesome. Smells really good once u enter the lobby. It was very clean. The staff were really friendly, accommodating and nice. Shout out to Brayan and Edilsa from the reception area on accommodating my requests. Overall, wonderful experience."

"My stay at the Rui Plaza Panama was excellent. My only issue I had there which was resolved on the third day was no Internet access to the television. I do not speak Spanish and for three days I was not able to watch the television only Spanish programs, English was only on CNN, which was very boring but on the fourth day, I noticed I got HBO so it made up for it. My husband and I really did enjoy the stay."
