Hotel is great. It's clean and all of their staff is friendly and helpful. All inclusive is the best option. Pools were great. Please warn guests about the noseeum bugs as soon as they arrive. No one told us and wewere bit several times before we got yo out room.

The view was awesome to wake up too each day, rain or shine. The staff has been exceptional. Everyone from Kathyel, Sanchez, Eduardo & the rest of the kitchen staff made me feel like I was among friends. To Meliesha, Andres and Delroy with assisting with questions I had during my stay.

This resort shows its age a bit but the grounds and pools are extremely well maintained. The beach is nice to look at but generally not used due to tides and rocks. Restaurants and buffet are good enough. It’s a $12 Uber to the old town section of Panama to mix things up. Bar staff can be slow, restaurant staff were all great. Shout out to Juan Pablo especially at the Oceania Grill. Overall, glad we chose this resort.

The Room Service was pretty much non-existent. They said they always had a 40-minute wait. I gave up on them for the trip. The restaurants were very limited, and the food was just ok. Some of the staff seemed like they needed more training. The resort is dated. The AC did work though and we never went hungry. The staff was nice.
