"We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens. "This house and the huge yard with multiple seating areas was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was big with games to play, and the patio table was great for our breakfast. The decor was great and everything is updated."

We began the day by the pool and ended each night in the hot tub looking out to the ocean and the Channel Islands. In between, with easy access to hiking trails and Montecito, we exercised, drank coffee and dined. I cannot imagine a better setting for spending New Year's with my family.
