"This hotel is a little dated but spotlessly clean with staff that are friendly and very helpful to your every need. Pool was great and the location was superb....walkable to Sorrento but they have a free transfer bus which is handy. No complaints about the food though we only had breakfast every day and it was decent. Not all rooms have balconies so it's best to make sure you have one if thats your thing. "The hotel is slightly outside Sorrento itself, which makes it calmer and with more room for pool and gardens. The walk in is around 30 mins, although there are good rail and bus connections only a short walk away, also going out to Pompeii etc. Really great, friendly service from everyone. So relaxing! "

"Suzy is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and bright. All in working order, fridge, aircon etc. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you find self baked cakes on it every morning too. "First of all the pics are very deceiving there is no pool no bar or restaurant. But with that said this place was charming. Great value for the price. The staff was very helpful and nice. The property to me was beautiful. I also love the breakfast and coffee in the morning they have. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but if your just looking for a safe quiet place to stay at night this is a great choice."
