Villa MARE

Situation:

Villa Mare is a magnificent modern design house located on the seafront, with incredible views and access to the sea (it has a buoy with a separate price). It is located in the prestigious Cap d'en Font area, 5 minutes walking from the beautiful Binisafúa beach. The other southern beaches (Binidalí, Binibeca, Punta Prima) are 5 minutes by car, as well as the town of San Luis, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). The capital, Mahón, is about 10 minutes by car.



Exterior:

The house has a large pool (salt water), lawn area and enjoying wonderful views of the sea and sunset. The terrace has a table and chairs for eating in the shade, and also with exterior built-in sofas. From the garden you can go down to the sea. On one side of the house is the built-in barbecue, with a barbecue table, and a sink for washing up.



Interior:

Practically the entire house is on a single floor with sea views, natural light and has air conditioning in all rooms on the main level. From the living/dining room, open to the kitchen, you can access on one side a large main bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with an independent design bathtub and shower. On the other side of the house are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower.

The lower floor or basement is equipped with 1 double room with a bathroom with a shower. This room is suitable for service or for children, as this room is not at the same quality level as the rooms on the main floor. This room does not have air conditioning but does have a portable fan.
