This studio features a step-free layout with a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Amenities include TV, heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. It is the only unit in the house with a small private garden behind the cottage.
The main highlight is the 5,000 m² fully fenced garden with lawn, trees, a unique pool, barbecues, several relaxation areas, and an agility park for pets. The garden is shared with few guests, as the total capacity of the property is limited.
