"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"Great location & staff were so helpful & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was amazing & bed was comfortable. So all in all it is a wonderful spot to stay. We walked from the train station to the hotel with larger pieces of luggage (about 15-20 minutes) so that is do-able Definitely would recommend & stay again if in the area (stayed for 3 nights)"

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"Wirklich super Unterkunft! Süß Eingerichtet, tolle blicke auf die Berge - daher sehr empfehlenswert ein Apartment mit Balkon anzumieten ;) Schnelle Rückmeldungen und tolle Gastgeber! Wir werden hier definitiv des öfteren Gäste der super Unterkunft werden! Alles was man braucht in der Küche ist vorhanden, es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber! "Only 3 months old, everything was new, modern and clean. But the service and meals were exceptional. Full breakfast with creative list of eggs Benedict style options including a local one. The 3 course dinners also included local fare and were excellent. Also full bar with local made schnapps and extensive list of fantastic Slovenian wines. The service was also very efficient, relaxed and friendly so that we could engage the staff in conversation. The setting is a beautiful green farm village next to the local church and a bell tower that pealed throughout the day )but not all night). Hotel is in Sgornje Gorje, a short hike downhill to Lake Bled but far from the crowds around the lake. We were able to hike down to and around Lake Bled and up to the castle and back up to hotel. The area is green, hilly, surrounded by the alps and the sounds of active farms. Very picturesque. "
