Exclusive alpine house in a prime location

Exclusively equipped holiday home to feel good at 1800 m above sea level with a view to Falkertspitz and stream to the namesake of our house the "Seebach". On 145 sqm we offer 4 bedrooms for 2 to 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, Internet Wi-Fi connection and access to the balcony, a nice dining area, a new, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet. The basement is equipped with another bedroom (sofa bed 160 x 200 and TV), a shower room with toilet and a Klafs sauna. From here you have direct access to the terrace, garden and barbecue area. In the anteroom is a washing machine u. a clothes dryer available. Other ski lifts u. the ski school is about 300 - 500 meters away. Gastronomy you have in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer fresh bread in the morning, you can order them in the season in the nearby restaurant "Kärntnerhaus" and pick them up.
The nearest grocery store is 7 minutes by car down the valley in Wiedweg. The 18-hole Bad Kleinkirchheim Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away. In addition, the two thermal baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to swim and relax (about 15 minutes by car).
 2 car parking spaces are available. Holiday in every season.

The house has everything you need for your daily life.
For the duration of the stay only towels, and bed linen must be brought. Fixed hiking boots, slippers and a flashlight are advisable. For the winter holidays we recommend to bring snow chains and to plan the arrival from 15. 00 o'clock.

Specials: From May to October you will receive the Kärnten Card (not included in the rental price), which includes over 100 of the most beautiful attractions, from the shipping lines to the cable cars to the museums.

Perfekter Familien Ski-Urlaub

Kleines nettes Familienskigebiet in der Nähe. Perfekt für Familienurlaub. Kurze Wege, sehr übersichtlich.Haus perfekt für den Skiurlaub mit Sauna und Rotlichtkabine. Sehr gemütlich und entspannend mit einem Holzofen im Wohnzimmer. Hang hinter dem Haus eine schöne Mini-Schlittenpiste und Spielmöglichkeit für die Kinder. Gastgeber unkompliziert und freundlich. Passt einfach alles. Alles in allem sehr gelungen und gerne wieder!

Erholung pur

Der Empfang war sehr humorvoll und warmherzig-es erwartet die Urlauber eine sehr saubere Location mit Sauna und tollen Außenbereich. Die Hütte liegt in einer sehr schönen Urlaubsregion umringt von Bergen. Liebevoll, gemütlich eingerichtet bekommt die Seele direkt den gewünschten Urlaubs-Modus. In der Nähe gibt es Gastronomie, Brötchen-Service ist möglich. Der direkte Einstieg in Wanderungen vermeidet unnötige Autotouren. Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Kärnten. Der Kontakt war durchgängig sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ab dem ersten Moment ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Von Balkon und Terrasse konnten wir die schöne Natur genießen. Direkt vor uns der Bach und der Blick auf die Berge.

Schöne Unterkunft

Kaum zu toppen

Wer in diesem wundervollen und extrem gemütlich eingerichtetem Haus etwas zu mäkeln findet, muß es fast suchen. Optimale Lage, Blick direkt in die Natur, für den Küchen-wohn- gartenliege-bereich alles Nötige vorhanden, Wandermöglichkeit aus dem Haus heraus;ein wunderbares Erlebnis, das jeden Cent wert ist. Dass der Wildbach bei Regen und Schneeschmelze laut ist....ist halt Natur. Wir kommen sooo gerne wieder!!!

Silvester in den Bergen

Das Haus, die Umgebung und auch Abwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermieter sind absolut Topp!!!! Wir waren über Silvester eine Woche in Kärnten: Trotz wenig Schnee konnte man in dieser Höhe Skifahren. Wandern und Einkehren in schönen Hütten möglich. Brötchenservice hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und bietet absolute Erholung! Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche!

Prima vakantiewoning in hooggelegen wandel of skigebied. Volledig van hout. Netjes ingericht, compleet uitgerust. Contact met eigenaar/beheerder verliep soepel. Gebied Falkertsee prima voor wandelingen. Weg naar Falkertsee is erg steil. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding redelijk.

Absolute Ruhe in der Zwischensaison

Alles wunderbar. Sehr schöne ruhige Gegend, wenn die Skisaison vorbei ist und der Sommer noch nicht da. Tolle Tagesausflugsziele und wenn das Wetter mal nicht stimmt, bietet das Haus besten Komfort mit Kamin und Sauna und allem anderen. Wirklich überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche.

Idylle und Ski Urlaub

Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, liegt idyllisch an einem Bach mit fantastischen Blick auf eine Bergkulisse. Durch die typische Holzbauweise, lässt sich das Knarzen der Dielen nicht vermeiden. Die Reinigung des Grills für den nächsten Mieter aber schon. Wenn man die hohen Heizgebühren durch die Elektroheizungen berücksichtigt, bleiben die Gesamtmietkosten dennoch unter vergleichbaren Objekten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, die Übergabe / Abnahme war freundlich und unproblematisch. Ein Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe wäre schön, aber die 20 min runter ins Tal lassen sich verschmerzen.

Hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus bietet einfach alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird und mit der Sauna, der Infrarotkabine und dem tollen Holzofen sind echte Highlights vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Gebirgsbach mit Blick auf den Falkert ist ein Traum. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die liebevolle Betreuung durch Manuela, bei der sofort zu spüren ist, mit welcher Leidenschaft, Freude und Hingabe sie das schöne und gemütliche Haus und die Gäste betreut. Top, Manu!!! Rundrum Urlaub at it's best. Klare Empfehlung. Wir waren zwei Wochen im Februar da und haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!!!

Wunschlos glücklich

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man sich wünscht. Die Verwalterin Manuela hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Die Kärtnen-Card können wir empfehlen. Der Brötchenservice hat unkompliziert geklappt. Mit anderen Worten es war wirklich ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
