"was comfortable stay and spacious room. Need a bit more seating in lobby. Had a dinner in restaurant but food was over cooked."

"Great place where I always stay when in Delhi , awesome staff and vibe"

"Friendly staff and overall a great stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Clean rooms and staff was friendly."

"Spotless rooms, excellent service, and incredibly helpful staff. A truly pleasant stay — highly recommended!"

"They said they did not have my booking noted in their system and turn me away. The staff don't speak English, I had to call the manager who basically told me to leave even after showing them the booking confirmation from Hotels.com "

"The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

"Except for the fact that the entire premises, well sometimes inside the room too, was stinking like a public toilet. Had also shared the feedback with the lady at the reception just before checkout. Otherwise the food including breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous and welcoming/ supportive..."

"Awful. AVOID! We arrived after booking and paying online to the reception wanting more payment due to the room we booked now being occupied... After a lengthy dispute we agreed as we had just areived after a long slewper ride. We get to the room and its the most disgusting room i have ever been ever and ive travelled many places. Avoid at all costs! "

"Bathroom is dirty and too bad hotel smells like dumpyard"
