Great for Business Travel

The non-veg breakfast was on a simple side, but other than that, everything was great. The hotel is clean and is a great choice at its price range. It is also close to many corporate offices which was great for business travel.

Our room was very clean and met Radisson brand standards. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was practical and adequate. We tried one of the restaurants in the hotel, The Great Kebab Factory, and found its buffet-style menu (Rs. 2500 + tax) to be a bit pricey but tasty. The service at the restaurant was attentive, especially from Jitendra. Although the hotel is 45 minutes away from central Delhi in non-rush hour times, Radisson Noida is a good choice for tourists if they have booked tours offering hotel pickup and drop-off.

This our 2nd stay here. They all remembered us from last year. I cannot say enough praise for the staff that went above and beyond to help us. They even helped tracked down a specific Ayurvedic medicine we needed to find! They accommodated us with a late check out. The breakfast buffet is great!

The best Radisson in NCR area probably and great for families. Updated property and room conditions are very good. Room service is decent and you can get a response in 5-10 mins. The reception staff is slow however and it takes more time than usual to check in. But they are very nice and cordial, Ritka even kept my 1 yr old engaged while we waited for transportation, always love staff who show the personal touch, highly recommend her for customer service. Will come again next time I am in the area.

Friendly staff but I expect 5 star quality, few smaller quirks. I ordered a coffee on the breakfast table that never arrived, I had to keep looking for water refill , something I expect to be happening without thinking. Also the shower was out of bodywash , I didn't care asking but a 5 star property should be super attentive to these things. Overall a great stay.
