"The staff at the reception including managers were awful. All five star hotels offer some discount 15-25% when you use hotel amenities. One of them said 10 per cent which was never given in 3 day stay. You eat breakfast at longe any they try to charge you service tax although you are helping yourself out there with everything and no services provided except allocating a table. I would never stay there again. Just to mention one manager Shakshi at checkout was very sensible and told me will offer me some discounts on my next stay."

"Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

"Clean and efficient, about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Free airport pick-up was a big help. Gym was much better than average for a hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. Not the place to stay for tourist, but if you want something comfortable near the airport at a good price, this is it."
