"Liked everything "

"All staff members with whom we interacted were friendly and professional. Room was in good order - clean and well kept. The only "complaint" was that on checkout there were no luggage carts available because there was a maintenance crew using all of them to haul building supply boxes - so 4 trips to and from the car to get packed rather than 1 with a cart. Oh well, we needed the exercise, I guess. Very good stay otherwise and we will be back when in Fresno. Thank you."

"All I need was a covinient, clean, safe and quite room to sleep during my business trip. That was what I got. The receptionist was friendly. I parked right in front of my room. The room was clean and smell good. I slept throughout the night. No noise. The AC worked well. "

"I travel from South Cal to North Cal visiting friends this past week. Staying in different hotel every night, this is the most satisfying one. The price is very reasonable. the staff are polite and have clear instructions about the hotel. The breakfast was the best in the past few days. I like the stay very much. The down side was that when I left San Francisco around 2pm, the traffic was already heavy. I used tremendous long time to get on the freeway, that caused me to arrive the hotel very late. It was out of my plan."
