"Our stay at Grace on the Bay was an absolute dream. From start to finish, the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by the team. Our host, Dave, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and John the Concierge went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of. One of the standout features was how seamless the transportation was—getting to and from the house was completely stress-free. The ferry trip was a breeze and made it clear that we were not going on a typical vacation.The house itself is very nice—spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for a luxury island getaway. However, the real star of the show is the location. It is truly incredible and offers a level of privacy that is hard to find, while still providing the needed level of safety. The turquoise blue ocean is right at your doorstep, and there is a small, vibrant coral reef hole less than 100 meters from the shore that is perfect for exploring. We used the kayaks and SUPs to further explore this area. For anyone who loves fishing, this place is a little bit of a hidden gem. We had a blast catching fish directly from the beach, including snapper and barracuda. Whether you are looking to relax in total seclusion or enjoy the world-class water right in front of you, Grace on the Bay is a perfect choice for a once in a lifetime trip. We can't wait to return!"

"Empyrean Villa was the perfect spot for our trip. Quiet, secluded, had everything we needed. Dina was very helpful with the welcome packet and letting us check in early upon arrival. Everything was furnished simply and comfortably, and we loved having the beach so close by!"

"Had the best couple days at Caicos Beach Villa. Regine was awesome so super friendly, Jessica the owner seemed like a genuinely nice person and was quick to offer suggestions or answer my questions. The beach was spectacular, the house was amazing, & North and middle Caicos just blew my mind. We saw turtles every day, a couple stingrays, conch, many types of fish. Had the best time with my girlfriend and another couple can’t recommend this place enough. Will def be returning. "

"The house was still under construction despite us asking several times if it was going to be ready. They put us in a house around the corner and it’s hard to describe how run down it was - mould in freezer - drink fridge did not work - dishwasher was full of old dirty water - 1 of 5 beds had pillows - no towels - no coat hangers - duct table for plug in tub - out door table pure rust - couch was actually so disgusting we didn’t sit on it. - bugs were terrible and extension cord ran through the window over the kitchen sink so it could not be plugged. - we were told there was a new Michelin restaurant and then when we got there we’re told it never opened.- beach was jagged rocks. It goes on and on.We left after first night and requested a refund. The cost to get ti and from north Caicos was about 1500 USD. The manager of the unit told us the cost of the water taxi was more than what is cost when we called the saw guy ourselves. It felt like a giant bait and switch and back handed cash grabs. I’ve never written a bad review but it’s hard to explain how hilariously bad this place was compared to what we thought we were renting. "
