"This is a great resort with one BIG exception. Their WiFi does not work. As an IT professional I can tell that they have an outdate system with not enough capacity. It routinely kicks people off when it is at capacity, crashes routinely and is invisible much of the time. Comments, suggestions, complaints by me and other guests were not responded to. As I needed to do work from here, it turned out to be impossible to attend zoom meeting, submit documents and connect by email. Very frustrating in this day and age that a luxury hotel has unreliable internet."

"I stayed at Sands in 2018 and went back with my sister November 2025. Everything was exactly as I remembered it!!! The best thing about the Sands is the staff. Front desk and Hemingways are super, but a special shout-out to Jose and the guys on the beach! I lost my phone (with all of my son's wedding photos that I hadn't had a chance to back up) in the ocean in a waterproof cover. They jumped in with snorkel gear, and Jose came up with it.....I have never been so relieved! They turned what could have been a disaster of a vacation into a relaxing, enjoyable time. They didn't want any money, but were happy to help me. I will DEFINITELY go back (already planning for next November), perfect weather!"

"We had the best stay! The beachfront condo we stayed in was huge and so clean! Staff were all amazing and helpful. We had some car trouble and they helped us navigate that as well. The beach is beautiful, restaurant was delicious- perfect stay."

"This is a great place to stay if you want some privacy and a nice quiet area to be in. It was also fairly well located. We didn’t have an extremely long drive anywhere maybe an hour or so to the farthest place. We enjoyed middle Caicos also the swimming pool was wonderful to have in the entire location private enough for all natural tanning if that’s what you want they provided a bag of ice, which is quite helpful and nice to have on premises and there was also a propane fueled gas grill on the patio, which we used nice lounge chairs on the patio patio outback with a beautiful view over the ocean. We were there for about a week and so maybe five people on the beach the entire week. "
