"Great location to kick off our Hobart adventures. The room was spacious and updated, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom monsoon shower was amazing. Free parking on site. Fantastic on site bar, bistro, beer garden and restaurant with amazing food. Definitely book ahead as it gets booked out quickly by the locals…just shows how good it is here. We’ll be back!"

"We came to Hobart for a long weekend getaway and Star Cottage was everything we hoped for and more. It’s clean, tidy, warm, and central. It also offers beautiful views. My husband, 10 year-old son and I marvelled at surrounding gardens and prestigious homesteads and visited all the popular tourist attractions including the Salamanca Markets and high quality restaurants with delicious seafood and wine.
