"The cottage has everything that is needed amenitieswise a short walk from the harbour and town and a little longer to the beach. The only reason i gave 4 for cleaness was the property needed a bit of a touch up paintwise but nothing drastic an was probably due to a long summer season and clients not givin property due care."

"An exceptional stay at Beach View Guesthouse. From the moment I arrived Karen was welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet with a great view of the harbour, a comfy bed, fluffy towels and a supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. Also the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had, not greasy and even black pudding on the menu. Ideally situated for the Pavilion, the town centre, harbour and beach. When I am in Weymouth I will not hesitate to stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this quietly situated property in Weymouth. The house is very comfortable and boasts especially good beds! We really appreciated having several different sitting areas both inside and out and the sea views from both the balcony and the conservatory were a real highlight."
