9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (25)
"First time at the Fayvan Apartments and we will definitely be back, it really is a little gem of a place. Benita was the perfect host and so friendly (hope you are feeling better). Apartment 4 Only downside - there was over 70+ stairs to climb but don't let this put you off, you only have to climb them once a day if you spend the full day out and about. The living area was very spacious with a dining table and 4-chairs to eat from, wall-mounted tv, settee and two armchairs. Fully...

"Very welcoming- a lovely pleasant room. The bed was comfortable. We brought our own double sheet as we knew there would be a winter duvet in a heat wave!! The view from the window over the garden and Bagdale was good. We could have done with more loo roll and there was no coffee machine, but we would definitely stay there again."

"Staff are vey attentive, polite and respectful. It is a very relaxing place to stay, peaceful, beautiful and clean throughout the Hall. Rooms are a very good size and very clean. We never tried the restaurant but if the standard of meals from the bar/grill, which we had, are anything to go by, I have no doubt they will also be delicious. Breakfast excellent range of choice and again delicious. We have previously had afternoon tea here and Highly recommend it and also staying here. Great stop...

The atmosphere there was excellent and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
