"The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely. Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended. "

"We had an amazing stay with such an inviting host. The house was cosy and easy to get in and out of any time of day. Sleeping here was extremely comfortable and we never had to wait to use shared bathrooms even when the house was full.
