Fantastic hotel in Tønsberg facing the marina

Nice and quiet hotel centrally located to the marina and piers (100m) including all the restaurants and bars. We enjoyed a room with a balcony on the 7th floor with great views of the city, marina and ocean/canal. Rooms are spacious enough, great beds and a small balcony that fits 2 persons. Breakfast was superb! Be sure to test the roof top restaurant/bar for a memorable sunset.

Hi I had a pleasant stay at "the club" – everything met my expectations. However, I would have appreciated if the room had been a bit more work-friendly. When you're on a business trip and need to work from your room using a laptop, it's helpful to have better work facilities. There was only a small round table connected to a window bench with cushions, which wasn’t ideal for working.

Great stay despite building work

The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely. Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended.

I was not informed where to park my car and there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was good. I could have eaten dinner at the hotel but I wasn’t informed about the rooftop restaurant. I was happy with my room. Bedlinen were very comfortable and I could open the window to have a cool breeze into the room at night. Some newly built hotels don’t have windows that can open. I never stay a second night in such hotels. Thanks Klubben - I’ll be back!

Amazing stay with great service

Always stay at hotel Klubben. The receptionists were all wonderful and helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast is really sweet as well. My room was upgraded to a balcony room as I always stay at hotel Klubben and it is a lovely room with a fantastic view of the Brygge! For some reason, the cleaning staff did not clean my room on the second day. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic town Hotel nice but putting us on 4th floor with dog and no view when hardly anyone else in the hotel seemed odd. Huge room and staff all very friendly. Magical spot for one night before xmas.
