"We had a fantastic one week stay at this rental. We did a family trip with 37 of us and it was the absolute perfect layout! The main living room and kitchen were huge and where we spent most of our time. The backyard and games were a hit, and the pool and hot tub, oh my goodness we spent most of our days out there! It was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms were laid out great, with most having king beds and then extra several twin mattresses for children. The pool house was so wonderful! It was great to have the extra kitchens and living room for those that needed some alone/quiet time from the group. The Traeger was so nice to have, the theater room was so fun!!! Just can't say enough good things about this place! We brought our side by sides and went to Sand Hollow State park just down the street, and had so much fun!!! Also enjoyed a day in Zion. There was excellent communication throughout our stay with the rental company, and they helped us when a few things needed addressed. We would love to come back!!!"

"We loved this house and had everything we needed. Had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The hot tubes where a hit, my kids loved them. We also enjoyed them. The layout of the house is great. The backyard was so amazing, I love how you guys designed it, very functional for a family. Communication was spectacular. Thanks for the accommodations for us. The only thing we can complain about is the cleanliness in some areas. Main bathroom was dirty and had hair in the shower drain, pillowcases in bunkroom were not clean, we found a cartridge to a dab pen in the room, and then on the ceiling in the kitchen had some type of stuff on it. I left a note in the house of all this stuff we found. It was not a big deal. We still enjoyed the house so much and would highly recommend it to friends."
