"Great bed, balcony was nice. Shuttle bus drivers were great! Pools and hot tubs were awesome."

"Home was nice, clean and well appointed. However, there are areas that are lacking. The ping pong table did not have any balls that were not broken or dented and the paddles were trashed. The TV's in the game room didn't have remotes with volume controls and there was no way to adjust them. The large burner on the stove does not work properly (couldn't even cook an egg on it) and the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all to us. The pool and hot tub were great - very relaxing after golf and hiking, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and central to all we did. If these small items got fixed, I'd give it 5 stars."

"Loved the pool! We had a few issues with the pool cover, but the property manager was quick to respond and rectify. The kitchen has a crock pot and blender, both came in very handy during our stay.The living areas are very spacious and we enjoyed the fire pit every night!"

"The pool heaters were not working the entire time we stayed (4/2-4/5) which resulted in a frigid swim for all kids. The hot tub decided to quit heating Saturday morning and became a cold tub by Saturday night. HOA maintenance was notified on Friday and we saw no one attempting to fix the problem or communicate with our host. These were a high booking point when searching for a place to stay and the main reason we chose this property. My kids were disappointed to say the least. The house was wonderful! We love that everyone in our group was able to have their own king bed and the bathrooms were spacious and stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to prepare meals, the pantry held many appliances for use, and the gas stove was fantastic! The garage fit my suburban perfectly and the seating in the dining room, kitchen island, and through to the patio was abundant for a large family to gather around for meals. I would recommend the house as long as the pool heaters were working. Ryan was a very responsive host and wonderful to work with. "
