Your space is COMPLETELY PRIVATE and separate from the owner that lives in a separate space within the home.
4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a small living room and kitchenette. Private entry and free state park passes for Sand Hollow and quail creek.

3 bedrooms, living room, KITCHENETTE and bathroom are upstairs and one bedroom,bathroom and laundry room downstairs.

Even a foosball coffee table to entertain the kids and adults as well while taking a break from the amazing scenery the area has to offer!

Sorry but there is no back yard or garage access at the moment.

Trailer parking is available upon request with special instructions.

Great Place to stay

It's hard to find a nice place that is family and also pet friendly! We enjoyed out stay and will book again! The views are absolutely breathtaking!

Highly recommend!!!

This property was set up SO FUN- very nostalgic- complete with family games. Communicated with the owner was super easy and very clear. It was even nicer than we expected! We appreciated that we could bring our dogs on vacation, and that they got to enjoy all the outdoor adventures that WE did. And there are PLENTY!!! The pass to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek was a great bonus. Our family really enjoyed Shane’s nice setup, great hospitality, and the proximity to outdoor fun.

Great Race and Hike weekend!

Our group had a fun 60k race and Angel’s Landing hike weekend planned and booked this place to stay! Our host Shane couldn’t have been more accommodating! Answered all our messages within minutes and gave us all the info we needed. Everyone of us loved staying in his beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood with incredible views. Lots of places in the house to spread out and have private time if needed. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you Shane for your hospitality!

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here for one night and the host accommodated a late checkout request. The house was very well equipped with all you would need for a comfortable stay. We were a party of 9 with 4 kids. The beds were extremely comfortable. The small kitchenette was enough to prepare a quick breakfast. The location was great in a very safe neighborhood.

WONDERFUL CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

We knew this was a home with an area only accessible by our family when we booked this Vrbo. We are VERY HAPPY with the host's communication and friendliness and also with the home. We had access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, laundry room, kitchenette, and the entryway. The entryway has a door that is locked and is private for the owner. The entry is very welcoming. We did not see or hear the owner in the house but wouldn't have minded meeting him. The home is very clean and modern. The room downstairs has a bed, microwave, mini fridge, seats, a flip-down table, bathroom, coffee station, and laundry room access. There is one bathroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms. The Vrbo was well stocked with towels, washcloths, a pack and play, extra blankets and pillows, and more. One bedroom has a bunkbed. The beds were comfortable, the house smelled fresh and clean and the microwave was clean. There was a TV in each bedroom and one in the living area which also had DVDs, some games for kids, and a foosball coffee table which my teens loved. We will be staying in this Vrbo anytime we are in the area and will be using the provided national park passes -- bonus! I accidentally left a necklace and the host offered to mail it to me but it was only a cheap necklace so told him to keep it. This host is the type of host you hope to have at every Vrbo.WONDRFUL VRBO and HOST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING FOR YOUR VACATION.

This is located in a neighborhood and the owner does live on the property. We loved how close it was to sand hollow, and the option to use the state pass to get into the park for the day! Shane was very responsive and a great host! Thank you again for a great stay! Our boys LOVED the foosball table too!

Great Hotel Alternative for a Team

This is a great hotel alternative for a team as you get more than a hotel keeping the group together. The property is great, you just need to read the listing correctly and understand upfront this is duplex and the owner does live on the property.

Close to Sand Hollow

We were a large group of adults and 1 baby. It worked great for wanting to stay with easy access to the Sand Hollow boat launch. The place was clean and easy to access. The kitchen is small but we didn't cook so it was fine with us.

Upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with kitchenette.

The owner lives downstairs. It was so nice to meet him. He was very gracious to accommodate our needs. The apartment was equipped with a hot plate, microwave and small fridge. We really enjoyed visiting with Shane and his two furry dogs.

Agréable séjour

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Il était agréable de séjourner dans leur jolie maison. Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons même passé un moment à échanger autour du barbecue. La pièce de vie est légèrement petite pour y dîner à 10 personnes mais c'est cosy. Il y a également beaucoup de serviettes à disposition et de quoi prendre un café. Même le nécessaire sel/poivre / huile d'olive, L'accessibilité à l'espace buanderie est un plus. Le tout est très appréciable quand on est de passage. Encore merci pour votre accueil !
