"Our stay at your property was pleasant overall, and we found the bedrooms to be very comfortable and welcoming.I would like to share a few observations with the sole intention of providing constructive feedback and opportunities for improvement. I imagine you may not have the chance to visit the property very often.We noticed spider webs in a few corners of the house, and the grill was quite dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. Upstairs, the carpet is torn in one area, and some of the walls are beginning to show dirt and would benefit from fresh paint or cleaning. Lastly, we saw cockroaches in the garage, which was concerning.We hope this feedback is helpful. With a little extra attention to these details, the property could provide an even better experience for future guests."

"This property was fantastic for our family reunion! We loved the pool with lazy river and slide and the space was amazing with as many private bathrooms as bedrooms. Kitchen was great, laundry was great. Location was awesome, 10 minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs. The only thing we needed was a larger gathering area for everyone. The upstairs was better, but we still could've used more room. We loved our stay here though!"

"A beautiful house with so much space for a family to be together. We totally enjoyed our stay in St. George. I appreciated the clear instructions about how use and care for the home and all its perks. It was clean and well-stocked. The e-bikes were a fun bonus! And the location is perfect. We would love to stay there again!"
