  • New home in Sienna Hills subdivision. Can sleep 20! Neighborhood pool just finished! Game room up stairs with ping pong table and pool table. New putting green in the backyard. Backs right up to Sienna Hills park that includes large soccer field, playground, splash pad, b ball court and picnic table. Brand new beds and all furniture. Two king, four queens, two triple stack bunk beds, and 1 couch beds. House has large table that can seat 12, 4 at the bar and a folding table to seat 6 more. Conveniently located 10 min from quail creek reservoir, Sand Hollow, Washington rec center, several incredible golf courses, Walmart, and restaurants.

We rent with VRBO for all of our family trips. This home was by far the best we have stayed in. The location was great, the home was very clean, comfy beds, equipped with everything we needed for family meals, and they thought of everything. There were beach towels, life vests, folding chairs and tons of extra towels!Fabulous home for a large family gathering.We rented it for our daughters graduation from Utah Tech.

We got there and the place was very spacious for 14 to 16 people and had bedrooms for every couple etc... loved the pool and hot tub, pool was a bit chilly for October but Hot Tub was awesome! Quiet neighborhood and very clean! We really enjoyed out stay and the beds slept really good

Family get together

The house was well stocked with enough and then some for our family to enjoy. The pool while a little chilly, understandable at this time of year was great for the kids to enjoy. We did not get to enjoy the park on this trip but it was close by and looked great. It was centrally located for some nice hikes, shopping, and the center of town.

Loved this Home and Will Stay Again

We loved this home and will stay again. It was my husband and I, 6 other adults and 7 children. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen had all that we needed to make a lot of great meals. The location was just want we wanted to be able to have fun outdoors hiking and going out to eat a few times. The owner is very nice to work with.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

The house was very clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade games. The game room was fun for all. We enjoyed going to the lake and using the kayaks. The swimming pool was walking distance and very fun for the kids as well. It was too hot to go hiking, but it’s close to many hiking places. The seven bedrooms was perfect for our size family.

Beautiful and Spacious

Johns home is very well equipped with everything you'll need during your trip. It is a very short (10 min) drive to Sand Hollow and 7 min to Downtown St. George. The home itself is very beautiful and in a very quite area. Many rooms for the whole family and plenty of bathrooms so no one was fighting over the toilet. The provided sporting equipment was a big plus for that extra fun. would recommend staying here any day. My whole family loved it

Christmas together

A perfect setting for 16 of us over Christmas! Weather was a little cool, but we still used the park, walking and bike trails (behind the back fence) nearly every day. Kitchen had pans, toaster, crock pot, fridge in garage, and other useful items. Some said the beds and pillows were less comfortable as they would have wished them to be. Open floor plan was beautiful!

Fake Thanksgiving

We have an early Thanksgiving get together but we don't cook turkey so we call it our Fake Thanksgiving. There were a total of 20 family members and the house worked great for us. It was clean and with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we had plenty of room. The host let me check in early which helped immensely. The home was well stocked with towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks so much!!

Golf Trip Rental

We rented this house for a golf trip for 8 guys in April 2024. The house was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space for our group. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were more than enough kitchen amenities for the entire group. The house was centrally located, which came in handy for getting to and from our courses. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. More than anything, communication with the owner was outstanding. John was always willing to accommodate our special requests and it was very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for a ideal vacation.

Pros & Cons. Size of house was excellent and it was super clean. Fun arcade games for the kids and they loved the putting green in the back. Parts of the house are run down (paint in high traffic areas, carpet has holes, all the pool cues are broken) but our stay was comfortable and check in was super easy.
